Overall easy and calm experience. There were some hiccups along the way, but the group we worked with were responsive and timely throughout our home buying experience. They also provided regular communication and updates

I think what made this whole experience great was - To be honest I wasn't sure if buying a new home was in the cards for me. But I chatted things through with Sandra, I asked how I could make it work. And she was very responsive every step of they way. She was like my cheerleader cheering me on to the finish line. But we made it work!

Sandra understands first time home buyers very easily. She is always avaialble to answer all our questions and make the complicated process very simple.

I had a wonderful experience working with Sandra because she truly cares about the customer. She is a huge asset to KB Homes. My loan was switched to her from the other loan agent who I feel was rude and not customer service oriented. I’m spending a lot of money, as are all of your customers, and we deserve great customer service. Also had poor service with the loan processor Manu Bartlett. She would ask for information then not open the emails to fully see the information they contained. Then she would ask for the information again weeks later. She accused me of not having enough money because she didn’t actually look at the bank statement. Working with her was extremely frustrating at best. The manager Deborah W. Was very helpful when I elevated these problems to her. I definitely recommend Sandra, but I wouldn’t use KB Mortgage again, I’d save myself a lot of distress. I have.been a RE broker for 25 years and have worked with many loan agents over the years.

Delena, Sandra, Rodney. These people are the reason why experience was great. On Sign Off however there were still minor issues that needed to be addressed but wasn’t taken care of. I was adamant about signing it but Rodney told me that it will be taken care of. I trust him and I hope it will be fixed before the actual move in.
