Leslie is great to deal with. Very positive, helpful and knowledgeable. Her team is also great to work with, all very friendly, helpful and they stay on top of things going on. Working with them made the whole experience much more pleasant and enjoyable. I recommend them to anyone.

Leslie and the team did an outstanding job with the entire process-we received quick pre-approval to give us negotiating power on our offers, providing information for loan approval was easy through the portal. Four days before closing the buyer of my house tried to withdraw but in less than 24 hours Leslie presented us with 2 other viable options to get this house purchased. Talk about saving the day and reducing stress in a very stressful situation!! In the end we were able to go with the original plan but seeing how quickly Leslie and team could pivot to meet our needs was priceless!!! This was my daughter’s first home purchase and she got to experience it with the BEST!! Thank you for your knowledge, professionalism, and creative solutions! I will now be refinancing my home with Leslie as well. Thank you so very much!!!!!

Buying a home through Leslie at benchmark was an amazing experience. It was very smooth and easy, she was very thorough with helping me and my fiancé. when I didn't understand or couldn't get something to upload she was on top of it. I’d give ten stars if I could! I first met Leslie in April (2024) during my trip to get the ball rolling to make the move to Kentucky from Connecticut. I’ll never forget the sense of ease after meeting with Leslie. She explained all of my options with getting a loan and assured me that she would be there with me every step of the way. And she delivered! After securing a job, I moved here with my son in June. The buyers for my condo in Connecticut kept hitting roadblocks (due to a poor realty/mortgage team) which put me in a dangerous situation of losing the home I made an offer on. Leslie went well above and beyond getting my loan approval extended and even offered to help my buyers all the way in Connecticut. I have never heard of a mortgage broker doing that. After weeks of back and forth I was able to sell my condo and move into my new Kentucky home. Even after all the paperwork was signed, Leslie still keeps in touch to make sure I am good and reminds me that she is always available if I need anything. I am so thankful that I had her and my realtor in my corner! Thank you Leslie for having such a big part in fulfilling a 14 year dream of mine. We’re so happy!

When another mortgage company couldn't fiance a home for us, Leslie acted fast and got us our dream home! We had a 30 day close and from start to finish she let me know every single step of the way. As a first time home buyer it is nerve racking to navigate these waters but she informed me and had my best interest in mind the whole way. They even had our names on a parking space out front when we came in for closing! My family will forever be grateful for their help in finding our forever home.
