As a real estate agent and investor, I have worked with dozens of different lenders over the past several years, and Ryan Molstad with Team Tailored stands out above the rest.  To start, his loan packages offer some of the best home buyer assistance, and investor down payment assistance programs that I have seen.  In addition to this, their pre-approval process was very straightforward and their underwriting process was a breeze! Seriously... SO easy! His team is also amazing.  I have been a party to over 100 Real Estate Transactions and Ryan, Wendell, and Jared, made this past transaction the easiest one to date.  When there were issues that arose, Ryan tacked them right away. He never brough us problems, only solutions. Not to mention, that during our underwriting process, Ryan found a way to restructure our loan that cut our cash to close in half and saved us LITERALLY over $100,000 over the course of our loan. I'll say that again. Ryan saved me over $100,000. One HUNDRED THOUSAND. Not all lenders are created equally... Do yourself a favor and work with the best ones. 10/10

Ryan Molstad's service to his clients is second to none. He is the lender you want in your corner to advise you throughout your path to home ownership. I'd never work with another lender should the day come that I do this all over again. In very early stages of considering home ownership, I was introduced to Ryan. He met with me to review my current financial status and he ran rough numbers, so I could understand what amount of funds I should target having available in order to buy the type of house I desired. Beyond this, he also gave me tips that helped me to pay off my new car much quicker than I had ever imagined was possible. He went above and beyond for me knowing that there would be no immediate profit from our conversation; he's just a genuinely good person who wants to see you succeed. A year and a half later, I was finally ready to start my home search, and Ryan met with me again to get the pre-approval process started. From that point, he checked in with me on my search--but not to an annoying or overbearing level. He appeared to be genuinely interested in how the process was going. When I finally found my dream home, he worked in lockstep with my realtor, the two of them advising on strategies to beat other offers that were submitted for the home. Our offer was accepted after a busy weekend (!!) due to this duo's quick strategic thinking. Following the accepted offer, Ryan and his team gave me details on every step of the process to closing, helping me to understand why each step was required--essential as a first-time home buyer. Ryan and his team walked me through every single paper I signed--this is not an exaggeration. And while I was often frantic and stressed during the process to closing, Ryan always calmly answered my questions and reassured my decisions. At closing, Ryan couldn't have been more thrilled for my big accomplishment. He was present at closing, cheering me on and celebrating me. Since closing, he has still been quick and helpful as he continues to answer my texts and calls if I have new questions.

I could not be more glad I gave him a chance! Ryan was our lead mortgage contact throughout the entire home buying process and made himself available at all times (day and night). His dedication to customer satisfaction was extraordinary - for example, we emailed him with some questions late into the evening (not expecting a response until the following day), and he responded almost immediately. His responsiveness was especially important considering the market we were in (homes would be listed for less than a week before getting purchased) - which gave us a strategic advantage over other buyers. Furthermore, coming from a huge family of veterans, Ryan was extremely familiar with the VA Home Loan process - making it extremely easy for my wife and I to navigate. Thanks for all your help, Ryan! I was a first time home buyer when I started working with Ryan. I was overwhelmed, confused and had so many questions. Ryan was able to answer all of my questions while explaining everything in great detail, yet still making it simple enough to understand. When I first started the home buying process I was completely clueless. I truly didn't know where to start in terms of searching for a home let alone how to get a mortgage. I ended up meeting with Ryan Molstad at Finance of America. I chatted with Ryan for a couple of hours and in that time I went from very clueless to having an ease of mind in buying a home. Ryan is beyond knowledgeable in the realm of finance. Regardless of the time of day Ryan was always available to answer questions and assist with the home buying process. Whether you're looking to buy a home (especially as a first time home buyer!) or trying to refinance you are in the right place when talking to Ryan. When it came time to offer on a home Ryan called the selling team and explained to them how I was a solid candidate for the home I wanted. There is no doubt in my mind Ryan's diligence in doing so helped my offer get accepted.

I refinanced my home and Ryan and his staff made it a super easy and painless process. Ryan is extremely responsive anytime day or night.
