Jason is awesome. He helped us navigate the intricacies of financing a new-built home while selling our old home and transitioning before the old house sold. He kept a step ahead all the way politely reminding us of when things were due to be signed and checking in regularly to see how things were going in general. He also helped us finance a winter home a few years ago through refinancing. He gave excellent advice on when to lock in our interest rates. He is available 24/7 it seems by text, email and call. Use Jason if you want first-rate service from a caring professional and a new friend. Jason has truly become a friend of our family over the years of our repeat business.

Jason is incredible and he truly cares about helping the people he works with. I am a first-time home buyer at 23 and I knew nothing. Every step of the way Jason took the time to answer my questions and make sure that I understood what things meant. He would also answer me so fast. I don't think I ever had to wait even half an hour after emailing him before he would call me to answer all of my questions. He was also able to make great recommendations for me regarding when to lock my rate and how to get the best deal on my loan. He made personalized video updates every week for both me and my realtor to keep us up to date on what was happening with my loan before closing. My realtor said my closing packet was one of the smallest she had ever seen. It was so fast and easy. I could not recommend Jason enough to anyone needing a home loan. He honestly and genuinely wants to help people and I am so grateful to have had him as my loan officer. He is incredible.

Jason helped Amanda and I to secure a great mortgage rate back in July 2021! He was very helpful when the market was going crazy with the insane over bids on homes! One of the big challenges we faced was I am self employed which means much more strict requirements to obtain a mortgage! Jason was there every step of the way to insure a smooth closing on a wonderful home!! While other lenders give a song and dance to try to get a great mortgage, Jason gave us a great rate that we were happy with for the long term! Don’t get trapped by lenders who promise the world! Jason is the real deal!
