Eric was so wonderful. He went above and beyond to make our loan approved in miracle time like 10 days when usually take 1 month. Any day i recommend him he is top notch. Also Juliet the underwriter who played major role with Rate was also very nice.

Eric is extremely knowledgeable of the home buying industry. He successfully guided us throughout the entire process. He has great followup and insight. I strongly recommend Eric and his team for your home buying needs

My family and I wanted to send a huge thank you for everything you did for us! Getting our mortgage and then refinancing was such a big deal, and you made the whole process so much smoother than we ever expected. Seriously, Eric was amazing from start to finish, always there to answer our questions (even at crazy hours!), and he made us feel so comfortable and confident every step of the way. We can't recommend him highly enough to anyone we know looking for help with their mortgage. Thanks again for helping us achieve our dream of owning our first home! We really appreciate it. 5 stars is never enough.

Eric was very responsive, helpful, efficient and explained things well. He went above and beyond to make this first time home buying experience for me smooth. I felt like he was always available when I had a question, and kept me in the loop. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Eric and his team did an amazing job to help me during this process. Eric helped me with guidance on getting my credit score up and made this happen for me and my family. Only thing I would say was towards the end I would have liked better communication from his team.

Great overall experience and they secured the deal. There were a couple of mistakes that caused a bit of hiccups that should've been caught. Maybe explain the process a little more especially to first time in homebuyers. I took the course but I felt it should've been given right after the pre-approval because at the time it was given to me, I had already educated myself on most of the things presented in the class so it felt like a waste of time. Other than that, it was great and they worked quickly to close the deal as soon as possible.

Eric was great. Very patient and communication was top tier. As a first time homebuyer he was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend him. Him and his team were awesome.

I am a buyer from another state, looking to purchase an investment property in Chicago. I was referred to Eric as a trusted partner by my realtor. Eric is very responsive and knowledgeable. He listened to my case, then advised, and helped me explore several options. What special about Eric is his flexibility to tailor to each unique client while still holding standards. There were a few hiccups during the underwriting process but Eric gave me updates timely. He quickly replied to either my email or text, call. We were able to close on time. I would definitely recommend Eric to anyone!

I was honored to have Eric as my lender for the purchase of my first home. Eric was patient and attentive. He slowed things down for me and talked me through the process in a way that I was able to comprehend and understand. I truly feel like I was able to build a relationship with him as my lender which is not something I feel like people get to do anymore. If you are considering buying your first home and want someone who will take their time with you and educate you, Eric is the way to go!

From the beginning Eric and his team were great. We knew we were in such good hands from the beginning. As first time home buyers, we obviously had so many questions not just in the beginning, but all through out the process. Eric and his team were very transparent and super helpful. We could not done this without them. Thank you guys so much for all that you did to make our home buying process a smooth one!
