We recently worked with Joe in purchasing our new home, and he made the process simple and stress-free. From the beginning, Joe was pivotal in our search for a house by getting us a PowerBid Pre-Approval that allowed us to make competitive, almost like cash offers on homes, which helped us win our dream home in a multiple offer situation. Throughout the process, Joe was always a step ahead to make sure there would be no delays or issues and was always quick to respond when we had questions.
