I was raised by a single mom. She worked hard her whole life just to provide for us. I remember a time when she was looking into what it would take for her to be able to buy a house. The loan officer at the bank she spoke with literally laughed at her. Andrew Dengel treats all his clients with respect. If they aren't where they need to be financially to buy a house, he goes above and beyond to point them in the right direction to be able to get there.
