As a first home buyer, it's very nervous about making this big decision. Communication is fast and answers all my silly questions. Provide me all possible choices and enough information helping me to find the best solution for me. Also Annie would tell me some mistakes new buyer easily make so that I can avoid them. Really appreciated

She was good

Annie is amazing with how she explains the process of buying a home. Friendly and her tone is open and free. She is welcoming with questions and made us feel at ease during the whole process. She also keeps in communication from day one to the end! Made us aware of every step and kept giving us gentle reminders.

Annie was fantastic to work with. Always keeping us up to date, and informed. She made us feel knowledgeable and confident we were making the right decisions.

Annie was very very helpful and informative during the entire process. I originally applied for this loan through KB and a man named Lee. Lee hung up on me and told me I did not qualify. I found annie on google and asked her manager special permission for her to work with me because the home I wanted was in Lees area. The manager aloud her to work w me and 30 days later I closed on my house. Annie literally saved the day. And she was so nice to me throughout the whole experience and always kept me in the loop. I will be using annie for loans moving forward.
