We got an FHA through them. Very thorough and will pester to you to get the right documents in constantly. If you don’t feel annoyed by how often your lender is asking you for updated documents and clarifications, you don’t have a good lender. Worked with us to get our home well within our finances. So if you’re worried about predatory lenders, this is not one of them. Our rep was Kevin Ryan. Shout out to Kevin!
