Elena is so easy to work with... she just "gets it". Elena sold my house this past March. I had a previous realty company that was very well known in the area and blasted TV commercials all the time with guarantees of selling the home or buying it from me. That was all a gimmick. The real estate market is a bit finicky and I relied heavily on Elena and her expertise to price the home to sell, especially in this market now and then. She proposed an amount that I thought was unattainable, even in the market during that time. In a matter of 10 days we had the offer I was looking for and we closed on the house. Coming from a previous real estate company that provided little to no help, transferred me many times to "other" people within the company, Elena responded almost immediately to my every text and phone call. I was very nervous about everything going on and she calmed me down on several occasions and remained very professional, when to be honest I wasn't. I consider her a good friend and have/would do business with her again. Elena was just fantastic to work with and absolutely amazing. She always responded to her calls, text, and email surprisingly fast. She brought such a positive and great energy to my experience from looking for a house and all the way to closing on my first place.
I personally almost had to finish the buying process in another state due to military obligations and this was an easy troubleshoot for her.
