Alyssa should be your go to for all mortgage needs, especially as a first time home buyer. She is a strong and clear communicator from start to finish. Alyssa would prep me prior to receiving documents so I understood each piece, every step, and I never felt overwhelmed. The amount of items to do on a mortgage check list is massive - but you'll never take on the burden alone with Alyssa by your side. If you want your lender to have your goals in mind as their top priority, and not deal with another run-of-the-mill vendor for the strenuous buying process, you must go with Alyssa Berson!

Working with Alyssa was hands down one of the best decisions we made as first-time homebuyers. She made the entire mortgage process feel clear, manageable, and far less intimidating than we expected. Most importantly, she is kind, incredibly responsive and easy to reach. Whenever we needed a quick pre-approval letter she was ready to move quick to help us get our offer in. She took the time to guide us through all of the grants we were eligible for so we could take full advantage of every opportunity available to buy our first home. Her guidance gave us so much confidence throughout the process, and we couldn’t recommend her more.

We could not have done this without Alyssa! She was responsive to our many questions and always explained steps in a way we understood. She made such an overwhelming process seem simple as she was able to break down each step for us. We are so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her!

Alyssa was amazing! She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She consistently went above and beyond to answer our questions often working late/early hours. I also felt she genuinely cared about us throughout the process and often acted as an advocate on our behalf. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else, truly sets the gold standard.
