In my situation, I refinanced. I was extremely nervous and had questions. This is the second time I refinanced as well. The loan adviser that I had, Brad Wurtz, was always available for me. Even on days or times he was not in his office or if he was helping someone else, I would receive a text or email to let me know. I appreciated his dependability and reliability. In addition, he walked me through every step and always made me feel comfortable and secure no matter what questions I had.

It was so easy and fast.

I worked with Brad and his team on a home equity loan. Brad and his team answered all of my questions in a timely manner. When I was second guessing moving forward he and his team happily talked me through the process and its benefits. Once I did decide to move forward the entire process was completed in about two weeks, they even worked double time to have paperwork completed before a holiday. Brad checked in on me every step of the way to follow up with additional information and answer all of my questions.
